Environment Setup
First of all, we need to prepare out development environment ahead of our actual work.
In this chapter, we will only talk about how to set appium up on Mac platform (OS X 10.9 Mavericks), for both iOS and Android.
The reason why we choose Mac is because that iOS can only run on it, and it can also support Android.
